I went into the shop to buy more protein powder and met Mike. It's rare in my experience to find reliable resources in the fitness world. Espeicially ones that are geared toward education— but that seems to be Mike's perspective. Aiming to help and inform more than to sell a certain thing. I plan to be back to try out the in body machine and see what I can improve about my own routines. Also, I'm not sure people realize this nutrishop is under new onwership. Apparently the previous owner was, shall we say.. cut from a different cloth.
